<strong>Sous-loiben<\/strong>\u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 est de la <a href=\"https:\/\/dianewinevoyage.com\/fr\/vin-de-wachau\/\">Wachau<\/a> en Autriche. Ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 embouteiller leurs propres vins en 1983, sous l\u2019impulsion de Leo Alzinger p\u00e8re. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est son fils <strong>L\u00e9o Jr.<\/strong>qui est aux commandes \u2014 une figure discr\u00e8te, mais brillante, du paysage viticole autrichien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec seulement 10 hectares de vignes, tout est <strong>fait \u00e0 la main<\/strong>, sans pr\u00e9cipitation. Le style Alzinger ? <strong>Pr\u00e9cis, \u00e9l\u00e9gant, tout en retenue.<\/strong> Des vins qui ne crient pas, mais qui laissent une empreinte durable. Leur sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 : le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dianewinevoyage.com\/fr\/grner-veltliner-de-wachau\/\">Gr\u00fcner Veltliner<\/a> et le Riesling<\/strong>, issus de quelques-uns des coteaux les plus raides et les plus min\u00e9raux d\u2019Autriche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;y a-t-il dans la bouteille ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un <strong>Riesling Federspiel<\/strong>donc sec, \u00e0 la structure l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 moyenne, autour de <strong>12% d'alcool<\/strong>. Les raisins proviennent de vignes autour de <strong>D\u00fcrnstein<\/strong>, connues pour leurs <strong>pentes en terrasses<\/strong> et leurs sols complexes : un m\u00e9lange de <strong>gneiss, granite, schiste<\/strong>, et <strong>de l\u2019argile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les raisins sont <strong>cueillis \u00e0 la main<\/strong>, doucement press\u00e9s et ferment\u00e9s dans des <strong>cuves en acier inoxydable<\/strong> Avec des levures soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. Le vin est ensuite clarifi\u00e9 et filtr\u00e9 avant la mise en bouteille. Sans f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane. Sans artifice. Juste la puret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 quoi s&#039;attendre dans le verre ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Apparence<\/strong>: jaune paille p\u00e2le aux reflets verts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ar\u00f4mes<\/strong>: zeste d&#039;agrumes, p\u00eache blanche, jasmin, pierre concass\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Palais<\/strong>: nette et tendue, avec une <strong>acidit\u00e9 vibrante<\/strong>, une <strong>trame min\u00e9rale<\/strong>et une finale salivante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tu aimeras si tu appr\u00e9cies\u2026<\/strong>un Sancerre droit, un Riesling sec d\u2019Alsace, ou un Chablis bien cisel\u00e9.
