Whether you’re planning a laid-back get-together with friends or an interactive team-building event, I’ll bring the wines to you.

We’ll explore everything from Grüner Veltliner to Japanese Koshu, and I’ll make sure everyone is learning, laughing, and enjoying something new.

Every tasting includes:

• A curated selection of wines from Austria, Japan, and England

Group sizes and solo options

The Discovery and Immersion tastings are designed for groups of 6 to 10 guests, making them ideal for gatherings with friends, family, or colleagues.

Solo participants are welcome to join the open-date tastings I host in a bar in Toulon, which I announce on Instagram, Facebook, and through my newsletter.

For a more intimate experience, the Private Workshop is available for 1 to 2 people. This fully private session is perfect as a thoughtful gift or a personalized learning moment.

Location

I’m based in Toulon (Var) and offer free travel within 10 km, with travel fees applying beyond that.

Tastings can also be arranged in Paris during my regular stays, depending on availability, and at your chosen location.

I host tastings in Tokyo once a year during my annual trip, as well as in London during occasional visits.

For corporate events, I can be fully mobile, with travel reflected in the quotation.

Perfect for anyone who’s new to wines from Austria, Japan, and England — or simply curious to taste something unexpected in great company.

These wines are hard to find and full of personality — most people have never tasted anything like them.

Over 90 minutes, we’ll taste 3 hand-picked wines that represent what makes these countries so exciting. I’ll guide you through the stories behind each bottle, introduce the grapes and regions, and give you a fun, easy way to explore new wines without the pressure or the jargon.

We’ll taste 5 beautiful wines with a focus on tasting techniques, food pairing logic, and how to read your own preferences like a pro. You’ll leave with your own wine list and feel much more confident in your palate — plus, you’ll have had a great time doing it.

You don’t need any technical vocabulary or prior knowledge.
I’ll guide you through everything with clear, friendly explanations.
We learn by tasting — together, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

❓ I don’t like “all wines.” Will I still enjoy it?

No worries!
You’ll taste three very different wines from Austria, Japan, and England.
The goal isn’t to love them all — it’s to understand what you enjoy, and why.
And who knows? You might be surprised.
When you book, we’ll also chat about your preferences so I can tailor the tasting to your taste.

❓ Do I need to cook or prepare anything?

Not at all! I’ll bring the wines and a few snacks to match.
All you need is a space (your home, an Airbnb, your office…) and a few friends (minimum 6 people).
It’s turnkey, relaxed, and super easy to organize.

❓ Can I come alone?

For now, Discovery and Immersion tastings require a group of 6 to 10 people. But if you’re solo or a very small group, keep an eye out for my open-date tastings in Toulon — perfect for joining other guests. Dates are announced on Instagram, Facebook, and via my newsletter.

❓ Where do you host tastings?
